Bạn có thể tự xóa tài khoản trong ứng dụng: Cài đặt → Dữ liệu → Xóa tài khoản vĩnh viễn.

Nếu không còn truy cập được ứng dụng, hãy gửi yêu cầu từ đúng địa chỉ email của tài khoản:

Dữ liệu workspace doanh nghiệp

Workspace chỉ có một thành viên sẽ bị xóa. Nếu còn thành viên đang hoạt động, quyền sở hữu được chuyển cho một thành viên để không làm mất dữ liệu chung. Một số bản ghi chung có thể được giữ lại nhưng liên kết nhận dạng tới tài khoản đã xóa sẽ bị loại bỏ.

Bản sao lưu và thời gian lưu giữ

Dữ liệu trong hệ thống đang hoạt động bị xóa ngay khi yêu cầu trong ứng dụng hoàn tất. Bản sao trong hệ thống phục hồi thảm họa của nhà cung cấp hạ tầng có thể còn tồn tại tạm thời cho đến khi hết chu kỳ lưu giữ; cấu hình PITR hiện tại dùng cửa sổ luân phiên khoảng bốn tuần. Các bản sao này bị giới hạn truy cập, không được dùng cho hoạt động thông thường và tự hết hạn theo chu kỳ sao lưu.

Xóa tài khoản là vĩnh viễn và không thể hoàn tác. Việc gỡ ứng dụng khỏi điện thoại không tự xóa tài khoản.

Delete your FlowMate AI account

Delete your account in the app from Settings → Data → Delete account permanently.

If you can no longer access the app, send a request from the email address associated with the account:

  • Your profile, sign-in information, and Google connection.
  • Chats, Bob memory, schedules, checklists, caches, and stored personal data.
  • Your personal subscription and transactions tied directly to the account.
  • Personal content that you shared into a workspace.

Business workspace data

A workspace with no other member is deleted. If active members remain, ownership is transferred so their shared work is not destroyed. Some shared business records may remain, with the deleted account's identifying link removed.

Backups and retention

Active-system data is deleted as soon as the in-app request completes. Copies in the infrastructure provider's disaster-recovery system may remain temporarily until their retention cycle expires; the current PITR configuration uses a rolling window of approximately four weeks. Access to those copies is restricted, they are not used for ordinary operations, and they expire through the backup lifecycle.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Uninstalling the app does not delete the account.
